North Carolina Sales Tax


If you live in the State of North Carolina, or are having the shipment delivered in North Carolina, we must charge you 7% sales tax. In the event you forget to check your tax information we will add the correct amount to your order and notify you by email. We understand there are many online stores not charging state taxes; however, we operate as a business and therefore must collect taxes

We use the United States Postal Service as our primary shipper. We offer flat rate shipping by number of items purchased. All international orders are sent Airmail Parcel Post (not surface) delivery for prompt delivery. Please e-mail us if you require other shipping methods. We ship within 24-48 hours after receiving order placed with credit card. Payments by personal or company check ship ten business days after receiving order. We notify customers, via e-mail, of any item out of stock giving the option to cancel if wait time is not satisfactory. Wait time is usually 2-3 weeks from our vendor.

We are suspending all shipping charges for a limited time period for shipping in the USA!

Shipping and Handling for Continental United States Orders

  • $5.99 - first item
  • $2.50 - each for second and third item
  • $1.00 - Fourth item and each thereafter

Shipping and Handling for Alaska, Hawaii & Canada Orders
  • $7.95 - first item
  • $3.00 - each next three items
  • $2.00 - Fifth item and each thereafter

Shipping and Handling for International Orders
Below are approximate prices for shipping using USPS Airmail Parcel Post. In the event, your item weighs more than 3 pounds we will notify you of the new shipping rate before shipping.

  • $19.95 - first item
  • $5.50 - each item thereafter


Gift Wrap?

We'll gladly wrap and ship any of our items as a gift from you. Colorful paper complete with elegantly tied ribbon. Also included is a handwritten gift card with your message for the occasion. Be sure to go to our Gift Wrap & Card area and include your personal message when placing your order. There is a $5.00 fee per gift item for this service.


Returned Items and Satisfaction Guarantee

Any item delivered broken or damaged, you must make your claim through the Post Office.

If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, for any reason, you may return to us within 30 days -- no questions asked -- for a refund or replacement -- less shipping and handling charges. Items returned must be in original packaging and include invoice. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned items, requesting refunds, unless the item is defective and claim processed via Postal Service.

All orders must be paid us U.S. dollars.

Our online shopping card system takes advantage of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security, protecting shoppers while sensitive information is in transit over the Internet. Due to the volume of bad checks, we no longer accept personal checks or money orders as payment.
